The said Initials, and to the said header, and of this very entry, can too be said now, and to in all even spell out the following: The Embassy of Qatar in Kenya. Mr. Ambassador, in the said order of proceedings, and that can too be said to speak and of your said presence in Kenya, the people of Kenya, and if not East Africa too, would in all even, duly, like to Welcome you, and to Kenya, and along the said lines, and of the following said order: Marhabaan, Greetings and Jambo to you Mr. Ambassador, and may you very well, truly enjoy your stay in Kenya. That Mr. Ambassador, it very well too can be said here, that the said main or major, theme, and of this said formal too, address to you, will in all even deal, and with talk, and that does too refer, and to Africa, and as simply said even Doomed that is. That such talk, and of Africa and as simply said doomed, is not believed to refer, and to speak too, and of what waste, decadence or decay, or speak too and of tarnish or stigma, are in all even said to be, but in many a way, speak now and of the very belief that, that speak of Africa, does in all even refer, and to speak and of Inferiority in itself that is. That such said inferiority Mr. Ambassador, could too very well be said, to refer, and to speak too, and of what some have termed Orientalism, and of what too some have termed, Victorianism that is.
That it too can be said, and in many a way too Mr. Ambassador, that talk of a said Qatari Diplomatic presence, and if not Identity too, and in Kenya, or East Africa too, can too be said to speak, and of Qatar, and in Symbol, and Symbol too, and as said even to speak, and of what Diplomacy in itself, and as perhaps best even perceived, and from speak and of a said simple gathering too for instance, is believed said all about. That in speak now, and of Qatar in Symbol, and if not and as said to speak too of Islam that is, is to now refer, to speak of Islam, and as said even to speak of the said attempt, to in all even defeat any talk of Orientalism, and in the Middle East too, and if not of the said too attempt, and to simply rise above any said stereotype that is, and of the Middle East in itself too. and in now too saying that, those in Kenya, and if not in East Africa too, can too be said even to struggle, and with talk too, and of what Victorianism in itself, is too said even all about, and as said too, to speak, and of the very best of manners in all, and in presenting one, and as said too honourable for instance. That Orientalism, does too speak and of said Identity in the Middle East, now said too constructed, and in speak too and of what Condescension in itself, is actually said to be, all even said all about that is, but in speak and of Victorianism and as such, then it would probably be wise Mr. Ambassador, to in all even probably ground, what does too pass for Identity in Kenya, and in said speak of Symbol too, and with talk too, and of what Counselling in itself, is actually said to be, or said even all about. That in talk of perceiving Kenya, or even East Africa, and as said such Mr. Ambassador, and in speak of Symbol too that is, is to now too, probably claim, the Kite, said a bird of prey too, and as probably best said even the very Symbol, and of Diplomacy, and in East Africa, and if not Kenya truly.
That in probably now attempting, to truly and in all even, point out Victorianism, and Orientalism too, and as they truly are, and as said even Ideology, is to now refer, and to talk of Orientalism, and from the said even stance, or perspective too, and of what is said too, to constitute, and for speak and of stagnancy for instance, or of the non-changing too, speak too of 'the old laws' that is, speak too of Condition, and if not Conduct, and if not of the 1001 Nights, or as said too popularly known as that is, the 1001 Arabian Nights. That both Islam, and if not of Christianity in Africa too, can too be said even, to in all even deal with, the said question, and of what does too, truly pass for, and for speak and of the said nature of Man that is. That it all too could be said even to speak, and of both the Middle East, and if not Africa too, and as believed said even barren in their ways, and if not of it all even perceived, and from talk too, and of what Impression, or Imprint, are too actually said to be. That Mr. Ambassador, the very belief here that, Man, could be said a simple creature in his ways, and if he is simply too said one thing: Impression, Imprint that is. That it does too speak of Man, and in said Naivety, in said Innocence too, and if not and as described too, as said Virgin, and in Archetype too that is, and such that, before anything, said even truly recognizable, or simply said even identifiable that is, did in all exist, and in speak now and of what is too said Media that is, and of the very name of Narcissus too for instance, all Man did ever know, was simply too said, Impression, Imprint, and if not of it all even said now, to refer, and to speak and of the said making of the World that is, and as said even now to speak and of the Dream in itself, the actual act of Dreaming too that is, and as fartherly said even now to refer, and to speak too of Egypt, and of the very name of Ptah too that is.
In the attempt now, to truly settle in that is, or corner too, the said even, facts, or even subject matter, and of this said even, formal address to you Mr. Ambassador, is to now ask, and of the very manner in all, that the said State of Qatar, does too truly meet, talk of East Africa truly, and if not Kenya truly too, and in helping that is, the latterly said, foment, or even create, said Identity, and that is said even beneficial in all, and if not constructive too, and to their simply learning to define themselves, and in speak of Symbol in itself too that is, and in now probably too, simply claiming that, it all too could simply be said even to come down, and to talk and of what is said to speak of National Currencies, and in East Africa, or Kenya too, and if not in speak too now, and of the said even, Private Banking Sector, and in East Africa that is. That it all too, could too be said even to speak, and of what too does pass for speak and of Award, and if not Merit, and in both the Middle East, and East Africa too, and in speak too now, and of East Africa for instance, and if not of the Middle East too, and as simply said truly Independent in their ways that is.
In finalizing on all this, is to now speak, and of what too, Barriers, are said even all about. That Mr. Ambassador, said speak of Barriers, and between Kenya truly, and the Middle East, can best probably be said perceived, and from speak and of what Trade Barriers, are in all even said to be. That it all too, is believed said to refer, and to the said even restriction, and to the said free movement, and of Goods, Knowledge, Products, Humans etc., and within the said Middle East & Africa region that is, and such that, from a said even East African perspective, it all too, could be said now, to refer, and to the said even, 'Gateways Model of development' that is, and in said regard, and to what too does pass for, for said even diplomatic relations that is, and between Qatar, and if not East Africa truly that is.
