the African Setting

The African Setting.

When we do in all speak, and of the African Setting, we are in all too, referring, and to a said differing manner in all, and of viewing Africa, and if not African History too, and away too, and from that said manner in all, and of viewing Africa, and that does too speak, and of Custom, Ritual, and if not Ethnography in itself too [for the three in all, do now too speak of Africa today, and as said viewed too, and from speak and of the Nation-State Model of Development that is].

That the said posted image, or work above, 'Colonial Kenya Observed', and by Sydney Herbert Fazan too, now does too attempt to present, British History and in Kenya too, and from the said perspective, and of the African Setting that is. That it all too, now does associate Kenyan History, and as said British too, and with the very said act, and of Deliberation, and not Debate truly either, and as said even, to speak of Indigenous Identity in Kenya, and of the Indigenes too, and of their claim, and in their said owning too, all said Land that is, and in Kenya too that is. That the Deliberation in all, and as popularly known between the British, and the Maasai peoples of Kenya, now too does ask of the British, and if they would understand or truly know, what an African Setting, is said to be all about, and in said Legal terms too that is.

This Blog though, and the said others too, and that do speak of Anatolia (Arab East Africa) [Link], and as said to speak too of the Blogs 'Nairo' (Link), Counter 'Nairo', Anti 'Nairo' (Link), Dar (Link), and if not Kamp-o (Link) too, are in all too, based, and on the attempt to in all even define life and in Africa, and in speak and of the Setting in itself that is. That the Setting, is now too said to speak, and of Anatolia in itself, and if not of it all too, said to speak, and of the History and of the Church in Africa that is. That in speak of this Blog though, and the others too on 'Nairo' it can best be said, it said too associating the Setting, and with Place, while that Blog Anti 'Nairo', does associate the Setting, and with Context, and with the Blog 'Nairo', now associating the Setting, and with Space too that is.

All this is said, for it does too, best explain, why Kenya does have many a said even International Presence to it, and if not in speak of Nairobi too, and as believed said even truly possessing a Worldly Consciousness to it, for this best too said International Identity possessed by Kenya, and if not Nairobi too, does too now though, associate it and with speak of the African Setting, and as surprisingly having to do, and with speak and of the Blog Kamp-o that is. That Kamp-o (Link), does in all even define itself, and in the Setting, and in a manner too and that can too be best said Egyptian that is, for it does in all even speak of the Setting, and along the following lines: (Religious) Existences, (Social) Realms, (Political) Spheres of Influence, and of (Economic) Settings too [and Setting too, and that does in all even speak of African Dignitaries, African Consulates, African Royalty, and if not of Diplomatic Identity, International too, and in Kenya too that is].

In saying that, British History, is too associated and with speak of Kenyan History, and as said perceived and from speak of White Settlers, and if not of the name of Lord Delamere truly, is to now too, claim such Settlers into Kenya, and as eventually too, termed even Victorian or Colonial, and as said even truly, possessing said ambition, and that did turn Kenya, and into a said even Colonial Paradise of a kind, and not Colonial Outpost truly either, and of the British Monarchy that is. For it all too, does see life in Kenya, and as said defined in all, and along the lines, and of what Tourism, and if not Touristic lifestyles, are all said to be all about. That Tourism, can too be said a Media, and that is said based on the Setting, for it all too now, is believed said to lead, and to speak and of the Struggle for Independence, and of those too, often termed Indigenes in Kenya (and if not in speak of the Nation-State in Kenya too), and not Indigenous truly either, and as said in all even, the inheritors, and to what too can best be described as Post-Colonial lifestyles, and in Kenya, and as simply said too Touristic in their ways that is.

In having said the above though, is to now present a said differing view of British History in Kenya, and that does too speak, and of said Swahili Identity, and Swahili Presences, and in Kenya too that is. That said even recent History in Kenya, and that did in all even attempt to associate the Country, and with a said even Tribal Court System (Link) that is, does in all even speak and of Swahili History into Kenya, for it is believed said that Swahili Government, is actually in all, organized as such, in speak of Tribal Court Systems that is, and it is in all too believed that, it is Swahili History into Kenya, or speak of Swahili Identity, or of Swahili Presences too, and in Kenya, and that is believed said responsible, and for what they do term Colonial Violence and in Colonial Kenya too, and that does too speak of Post-Colonial Kenya, and of the said appropriating of Wealth, and if not of Land too that is [and if not of Ethnic-Cleansing too]. In all, Swahili History, can too be said best perceived, and from speak of the Setting too, though said too, and to speak of Tribal Court Systems that is, but that in all again, Swahili Identity, can too, and in speak of the Setting, said too grounded in all, and in speak too and of Eco-Tourism (it can surprisingly be said here), for Eco-Tourism, is too said in all grounded, and in speak of the Setting, and that does too speak and of the Blog 'Dar' that is [Hopefully, this is understood, and in the attempt to give Swahili Identity, or the Swahili lands too, a said International Image that is, and away from speak of Kenya, for speak of Kenya and in Development, is best too said associated, and with Settings, said too Victorian or African, and not those said Swahili either].

In many a way too though, we did in all, associate it all, and with speak too and of the name of Hosea Litiku (Link), a former alumni it can be said, and of St. Mary's School too, and in now too telling Hosea that, the above edition in all, and of Diana Gabaldon's Outlander (Cross stitch) book, is in all even presented or written, and in a manner too, and that does speak and of what a Chaplaincy is said to be (Link), and in now too saying that, it too can be found, and in just about any Nakumatt Supermarket and in Nairobi too that is.

It can be said that, for those too living outside Africa, and who do in all even perceive themselves as African, is to now say that, Mathematics, does in all even present a said manner in all, and for those who do in all even associate Africans, or Africa too, and with Privitism in itself, that Mathematics, does still very much present a said manner in all, and of opening all kinds of said doors, and into societies, outside Africa, and that are in all again, simply said not willing to recognize Africans, and as said amongst them and in many a way too that is.

In all, the Fields Medal, now said the target of many an African, and away from speak too now, and of what the Nobel Prizes, are said to be, or are said to be all about.

This entry, does have to do, and with a said problem that Africa today does face, and in speak too and of what does pass for Potential and in Africa, and of the said term too, and of Overshadowing that is, and that does too speak, of Africa's said relation, and with South Africa too that is. That someone in all, has in all even simply stated or said too that, for Africa to in all achieve or attain excellence, and in the World today, the said Summit, to rise above in all, now too does speak and of South Africa in itself, and not of Europe or the Middle East truly either that is.

That in understanding this problem, and as often said to speak of Domination in itself, and if not of Conquest too, is to now associate it all, and with speak too, and of what a Western Democracy, is said to be all about. That it all now, does have to it, elements in all, and that do refer and to speak and of what Consciousness, is said to be, for Consciousness, is not believed something simple to understand, and by most, and has in all even come to be truly associated, and with speak and of War in itself that is. 

That in understanding what a Western Democracy, is believed said to be all about, is to now too, attempt to in all even understand, Western History in itself, and as said having or possessing, Divergent, and if not Convergent views to it all that is. That for most, Western History, and as often said to speak too, and of Western Law, and if not of Western Ideals [and of Western Standards too], is said to have its origins, and in speak and of the very name of Constantinople, and in Turkey too, but in saying that, there is more to all this, and in said speak too of convergent talk that is, the Western World, does truly in all arise, and with speak too and of the Baltic Sea, the Baltic States (Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia), and if not of the Fino-Russian War in itself that is. That the Western World, and as it does function today, is in all even too, said Prussian in origins, but in many a way too, does in all even define itself, and in speak now, and of World War 1, and World War 2 too that is.

In having said the above, is to now too attempt, to in all state, what the said differences, and between, a said African Democracy, American Democracy, and a Western Democracy too, are in all said to be. That the African Democracy, can too be said to be in all grounded, and in said here Religious speak too, and in speak and of what an Attempt or Try, is too said to be, and if not, and in speak, and of what a Dream, is said to be all about, or speak too and of what they do term Envisioning, is said even to be all about. In speak of American Democracy though, speak now too, and of what Freedoms, Liberties and said even Civil Rights too, are in all even said to be all about. It is in speak though, and of what a Western Democracy, is said to be all about, that issues and matters in all, and as said pertaining, and to speak and of Gender, Race, Age and Class (GRAC), do in all even truly arise, and in said speak too though, and of what Western Literacy, is said to be all about. That most, are simply said not understanding, and of the said even, Ambitions, and of the Western World, for many in Africa, don't appear to truly know, what Literacy, is said to be all about. That African Literacy, is known to exist, and is said to speak and of Survival, and if not of the name of Timbuktu too that is, but in the said attempt here, and in helping one understand what Literacy can be said to be, is to now too, and in said regard and to this very Blog too, or in speak too of East African Anatolia that is, it all now too, is said to speak, and of what Commonalism, and Mutualism too, are in all even said to be all about.

Western Literacy though, and in now associating it all, and with speak too and of what has come to be termed/called Western Scholarship in itself, can in Religious speak, be said to speak, and of just whom or who in all, we are said to be, and as said Needy, or in Weakness too, but in now too saying that, it does too speak and of our said definitions in all, and of Gender, Race, Age and Class, is to now too, add elements in all, and of what, an Individual, is said to be, and in speak too now, and of Western Military History in itself that is [that the Western World, is said too, to owe many of its inspiration, and in speak and of what is said Individualism, and to its said Military History that is][Link].

In having said the above though, interestingly enough, and on a said daily or everyday basis too, Western Democracy, can now too be said defining itself, or said identified too, and in speak too and of the Fashion Industry in itself, and as said to in all even speak, and of the easier of manners that is, and in defining oneself, and as said too Individual that is.

In all, and in the attempt to throw in Kenya and into all this, Western Democracy, can too be said World Democracy, and in said comparison, and to speak too of American Democracy for instance, for it all too, now does present itself, the Western World that is, and from speak too and of Dress & Custom, and if not in speak of Manners, Etiquette & Procedure too, and in said manners in all, and that do now speak and of History as such, in Dress & Custom etc. that is, and with it said to speak now and of Egypt, Europe, and if not of the Victorian World too that is. That the said termed 'Fall of Europe', does see it fall, Europe, and in speak and of Custom etc., and with the Victorian World, now said to arise as such, and in the attempt by some, to in all even, retain their very selves, and in a now too said even War-torn Europe that is [and of the very name of Napolean too], and of the Victorian World too, furtherly said, now said too finding a home, and in Kenya in itself too that is [that speak of a World Democracy, does see it based, and in speak and of a said Worldly Consciousness, and in said comparison, and to that said Global, International, or even African too].

Foreign Aid

It is often acknowledged that, Kenya, or Nairobi truly, is too believed said a hub, and when it does in all come, and to alot of talk, and of what does pass for Development in all, and in these said Times we live in. That talk of Development, and as it is known today, can best be said to arise in all, and not with speak of Africa, and as the Media, World Media too perhaps, often does have many believe, but with speak truly, and of India that is. That the said basis of Development, and as it is known today, is not said grounded in all, and in speak of the Traditional, and of the Modern too, but in many a way, in speak truly, and of the Secular, and of the Modern too that is [for the Secular, or Secularism too, is simply believed said to have a home, and in India in itself that is].

In saying that, Development today, is very much said hingered in all, and in speak of the Secular, and if not of Secularism truly, is to now too claim that, Development efforts, and as said targeted towards Africa, do in all even speak, and of the Sustainable, and of Sustainable Development too, and as said now to refer, and to the attempt to make the Secular, part of African lives, and in said comparison, and to speak of African Traditional lifestyles that is.

In having said that, is to now claim that, Sustainable Development, can too be said, to refer, and to speak of Sustenance in itself, for Sustenance, does too speak, and of the very manner in all, Africans, do perceive, Survival in itself, but in now too saying that, such Development, Sustainable, is too said Indian, is to now speak of many said Economic plans, and such as those and that do speak of the Trickle-down-effect, and as simply said to speak and of Development, and as based on speak of Secularism, and in said comparison, and to that said Development, and that is based and on speak of Commoners, Residents, Nationals, Citizens etc., or even in speak of that, which does speak of Constituents, Populaces etc.

In having said the above, is to now best equate, talk of Development, Sustainable, and to that and which does too speak and of Foreign Aid, and not of NGO's truly. That Foreign Aid, is said more difficult in its ways, and in the attempt to truly make it all work, for it does in all even go along, and with said here, levels of Trust, and which do too speak, and of one and as said exposing themselves, and to another, and in the said name of Mutual Success too, and if not in speak too in particular, and of Human Resources in themselves that is.

In having said that, is to now too say that, the Foreign Aid Model in all, and of Development, can best be said associated, and with speak too of both Emmigres. and Immigres that is, for it all too, now does speak and of African Identity and as such, and as said best associated, and with speak now and of South America too, and in the said belief here that, Foreign Aid Assistance, or Development too, does best speak and of it said based, and in speak of South America that is, and not Europe either (and as said Opinion here too), for the History of South America in all, is believed said tied down to that and which does speak and of Sustainable Development in itself too, and in said comparison here and to speak of India, and which does partially evolve and in a said similar manner, but with the said differences in place, and in regard and to speak and of Africa, and if not of South America too, now does speak, and of what Dispute, Contest, and if not of Opposition in itself too, are said to be.

There is a said Condition, and if not State, Emotional, and that can be simply said defining and of the World today, and in regard and to speak, and of what does pass for Human Behaviour today, and if not in speak truly, and of the very manner in all we do all know each other, or perceive each other truly, and in a said World too, dominated, and by speak and of World Media that is. That this said Condition, or said Emotional State too, is none other, and than that said or referred to as Pretention that is.

That Pretention, is believed something said complicated and in the understanding of its ways, and in my said opinion here, for none would equate it, and to speak too of Medical attention that is, or to speak of Seduction too, but that in all again, what we are trying to get at here is that, Pretention, does in all even appear, to be said defining in all, and of just whom in all, any of us are said to be, and at any said moment or minute too, but with it all too, said even tied  and to speak, and not of Nationality in itself truly, but in all again, and of those simply termed Nationales that is.

In saying that, those in Kenya, and East Africa too, and as they are, might in all even believe, that whom in all, they are in Pretention, is very much believed said Western that is, is to now too point out that, Pretention, and in East Africa, or Kenya too, does in all even appear, and to mirror that, found and in East Asia too that is [that this latter Pretention it can best be said, does in all even give a clearer picture, and of what too, does pass for Daily and Everyday life, and in Kenya today too that is].

Surrealism

Surrealism.

This entry, does have to do, and with the very manner in all, those in Kenya, and if not in Africa truly, do perceive themselves that is. That it is often believed that, Succeeding, and in a said African Context, does truly speak and of what Education is said to be, for while Education, and as it is known today, can too truly be said American, Africa, does in all even continue to function, and if not evolve too, and in a manner in all, and that does too speak, and of what Awareness in itself, is said to be [that Awareness now, is now too simply said Egyptian that is].

In having said the above though, is to now too, claim that, Africa, and as often believed said today, Independent in its ways, does in all even find itself, truly said suffering, and from the said Condition, and of Co-Dependence/Dependency, and in speak too now, and of what does pass for the Experience, and in life today too. That Africa, or Africans too, are to this very day, simply said dependent, and on the World outside Africa that is, and in the attempt, to gain many a said Idea for instance, and on how best to live out life, and if not of what too does pass for Success in itself, and if not of truly, and of what the Future in all, is believed said to hold.

In saying that, many an African, does still very much turn to Europe, and in the name of what some do term Colo-Mentality ('Colonial Mentality'), and in regard and to what too was said in the above paragraph, is to now too speak, and of the very manner in all, most outside Africa, do in all even continue, to seek, or want, and to in all separate themselves, and from Africa, and with it all even said to speak too of the Middle East, or of Oman too, and if not Brazil, and in the attempt to in all, to very much present a said Civil Image of themselves, and to the rest of the World, and if not in speak and of what they do term the World Stage that is.

As a result, one does in all even find alot of the World, outside Africa too, simply said engaged, and in talk and of what does pass for Supremacy, Hegemony, Solidarity etc., and with it all too, often believed said to speak, and of the segregating, and isolating, and of Africans, and Africa, and in regard and to speak too, and of Issues/Matters in all, and that do speak too of the World in itself, and of its said Future too that is.

In helping give those in Africa, a said here, proper Perspective on all this, is to now equate Intelligence, and in the said Western World that is, and with speak too, and of what Psycho-Cybernetics is said to be, and if not in speak truly perhaps, and of what a Torpedo, or a Guided-Missile too, is said to be, and in regards and to speak of Intelligence that is. In saying that, Africa does still very much hold promise to it, is to now equate Intelligence and in Africa, and despite what one might hear from many a UN Statistic, and with speak too now and of what Marginalization, the Marginal, or the Marginal Error too, is said to be. That unknown to most Africans, Asia (outside Japan), the Middle East too, and if not in speak of Australia in itself, have in all built said Modern societies that is, today, and as said too based around speak, and of what Trial-and-Error, (and if not of the Hit-and-Miss), are in all even said to be [that Australian Research, and of Australia and as said even a Research oriented Country that is, is too believed said to have a basis to all this, and on speak too and of what Trial-and-Error are said to be].

In having said the above though, is to now present Reality, and as it truly is, and for those in Africa. That Europe, does continue to maintain, or hold, or have to it too, a said even strangle-hold, and on Africa, and in regards and to speak, and of what the Future, African, and if not Reality too, African, are both said to be. That Reality (Link), is said many a thing, but from the said European perspective, can now too, be said perceived in all, and from speak, and of what Space-Time Reality, is simply said to be. That African Identity, vis-a-vis and to that said European, and in speak of Success too, does today, very much still find itself, defined, and from speak too, and of what Space-Time Reality, is said to be, for Africans today in all, do in all even imagine Space, and if not Time, and in a said similar manner in all, and if not fashion too, and to that which does speak of Europe, and of the European Imagination too that is.

That what in all, is Space, said to be? From a said European perspective, speak now, and in said regard too and to speak and of Africans that is, now simply said having to do, Space that is, and with our said definitions, and if not perceptions too, and of Sensitivity in itself that is [that Europeans, can today, very much still be said, insensitive, and to the African that is]. In speak of Time though, speak now, and of what Perception is said to be, for European Concepts of Time, do in all even simply describe Africa, and to this very day, and as always having been, what they do term, 'the Dark Continent'.

In finishing up on all this though, is to now claim that, there are those in Africa, whom or who might in all be very well said, interested, and in now forfeiting any said promise for instance, Africa, is believed said to possess, have or carry to it, and in favour, and of truly settling, and in the said Western World that is. For those who do harbour such ambition, is to now too say that, those simply said African, and in the Western World too, will find it a difficulty, and in defining themselves, and in speak of Space, and Time too (and if not Space-Time Reality in itself), and such that, what they do in all even call Surrealism, and as said an Artform too, now does attempt to present to one, Western History, and in the more recent times too, and in a Space-Time Reality format, and such that, it all does provide for early warnings, and in regard, and to those too, who would want to simply make it and in the Western World that is [i.e. what Western perceptions or definitions and of Space-Time Reality, are in all said to be]. In explaining Surrealism to one, is to now too only speak, and of names and such as those of Pablo Picasso, Vincent van Gogh, Salvador Dali, Edouard Manet etc., but in many a way too, speak now, and of famed or celebrated American Actor, Al Pacino, and whose acting is believed said truly based on speak and of Surrealism in itself, and such that, it too can be said, to have in all come to have him defined, or said too, 'a Man of the Times' that is. In all, what we are trying to say here is that, most in Africa, don't simply understand the ways of the Western World, and do in all even approach speak of the Western World, and from speak too of Co-operation, and if not Mutualism in itself too, and in their now said failing to realize, Westerners in all, most of them, do not in all even perceive Africans, and from speak of Custom and Dress for instance, but from speak now, and of said Space-Time Realities that is, and such that, many an African, are yet to realize, that most Westerners, do not in all simply care, and in knowing, anything about Africa that is.

Initiative

of Initiative

When we do in all speak, and of Initiative, we must in all even, differentiate it, and from speak and of what Strategy, is too said to be. That Initiative, can in the very least, be said too, and to speak and of what the Initial, the Start, or the Begin too perhaps, are said to be, and if not in further speak too now, and of Contrast and Compare, and if not in further speak, and of Strategic/Tactical Intelligence that is [and of Strategy too].

That Initiative, can too be said to speak and of Goals, and Goals too, and that do simply ask of one, and of what Metric, is too said to be. That Initiative too, can too be said to speak, and of Conjecture and Hypothesis, and in said speak too now, and of what Tabulation, is too said to be.

In saying that, Africa, is not believed said best defined, and by speak and of Goals, or of Conjecture and Hypothesis too, is to now too, simply claim or associate, Initiative in Africa, and with speak and of Simplicity in itself, and Simplicity too, and that does ask of one, and of what Humility & Honesty in themselves,  in all said to be.

In saying that, most do associate speak and of Initiative, and with the said possessing, and of an Education in itself, is to now too, associate such said definitions of Initiative, and in Africa, and with speak too, and of what are termed, the Spiritual Condition, the Human Condition, and if not of the Somatic Condition (and as said to refer, and to speak too of Living Conditions for instance, Prevailing Conditions, Health Conditions etc.).

In saying that, Initiative, and versus speak and of Strategy, is too said Psychological, is to now too, associate Strategy, and with speak too, and of what one could term Persuasion (and if not in speak and of Deceit, and Deception too), but that in all again, Initiative, is in all even said truly associated and with speak of Psychology, and if not of Perception in itself too that is.

In having said the above though, it too now should be mentioned that, Initiative, does in all even differ, and from speak and of Agenda in itself that is. That Initiative, and in a said or perceived, and from a said Mathematical fashion, can too be said associated, and with speak too of the e curve for instance, but with Agenda (and of Planning & Organization), now said to in all even have to it, dimensions, and of the Bell Curve for instance. That Initiative, does too speak, and of the Individual, but with Agenda, now said to refer, and to speak too of Nationality for instance (and of many a Police Station and in Kenya too that is). That Initiative, is too said Constitution, but with Agenda, now too said Institution. That German History, and as said too Judeo-Christian, and of Germany, and as said home to said differing peoples in all, Jews, Christians, Occultists, Arabs etc., and if not in speak of the Black-a-Moor too, is now too said Agenda (and if not Confession too), and Agenda too though, and that does too speak, and of German History, and of the Weimar Republic too for instance. That Spanish History, is now too said Initiative, and if not Christian, and Initiative too, and that does for instance, speak and of the Opus Dei too.

In having said the above though, is to now too mention that, Initiative, is something in all, truly said suited, and for Africa. That while most do know of Institution, Constitution on the otherhand, and of Initiative too, is believed said too problematic in its ways, and as it does in all even incorporate into it, talk of Commerce, Royalty or Empire too for instance.

In now saying that, Initiative, can too be said defined, and in said African terms in all, is to now too associate it all, and with speak and of what Language, Discipline, and Consciousness, are too said to be. That it all too, Initiative, and as said African that is, does call upon, the very asking, and of what for instance, a Politic (and if not of African Communications too), is said to be, and if not in speak and of society, and in said Chaos, or Flux (Energy), and of what too, Interaction, is too said to be. That Initiative, and as said African too, does in all even point out that, said Black skinned Africans, do in all even create Identity, and as said to speak, and of Being and being (and of the One, and of the Whole too), and with those said Brown skinned, Africans that is, said now creating Identity, and in speak and of the Body, and of the Bodily too (and of the One, and the Whole). In having said the above though, is to now too, not only call into question, what White African Identity is said to be, and in Africa that is, but that in all again, Initiative, is said something believed Bantu for instance, and with Agenda, often said to speak, and of those too, often said not Bantu that is. As a said result, Bantu culture, and as said grounded in all, and in speak and of Initiative, now does see to it, it said more complex in its ways, and than most would believe it to be, and in now simply claiming that, Bantu Civilization, is in all even believed said, to be in existence.

The very question though, and of Institution, is in all even often said believed addressed, and within African Languages.
