Mr. Ambassador, I very much would like, to in all Welcome you, and to the said Democratic Republic of Kenya, and under the said here, auspices too, and of the Kenyan Presidency that is. That Mr. Ambassador, your said presence in Kenya, might in all even be said, of some great interest, and to some, and in now simply saying that, it all does too come down, and to talk, and of what Perception, does in all even entail that is. That Perception, will be said here, the very theme, and of investigation too, for this said address to you Mr. Ambassador, for it too can now be said, to take the very form of a said essay, and one too, very much even, said to speak, and of the very likes, or of the very name, and of Oscar Wilde that is. That what too, can Perception, be said to be? We shall here, be said even, to take the very perspective, and that is too, today, believed said universal, and that does too speak, and of what too, a Space-Time Reality is actually said to be, and in said comparison, and to the taking, and of a said here African perspective to all this, and which does too talk, and of what Deconstructionism, is said even all about. That in now reverting, and to speak and of what Perception is, and of what too a Space-Time Reality is said even all about, is to now simply talk of, what too Art, Literature and if not Philosophy, are in all even said to be, and as said even having to them, a said differing in all, manner, and of perceiving Time, and in said comparison, and to speak and of what is said to refer, and to speak too and of History in itself, and as said even defined now, and by speak and of what Timelines are in all even said to be all about that is. That it all too does now, ask of one, and of the said here 'Mapping out', and of the World anew, and away from said historical perspectives too, and that would too, speak and of the World today, and as said perceived, and from speak of Egypt, Italy and of Israel too, and in said regard, and to the very said manner in all, we do too perceive Time, and as said even Consciousness in itself that is. In having said the above just said, is to now finalize on all this said, and in simply claiming that, talk of Diplomatic relations, and between Turkey, and Kenya, and if not East Africa truly, can best be said, to refer, and to speak and of just whom or who in all, a Cultural Ambassador, is actually said to be, and as probably said even now, a person, believed said even rather eloquent and in Language, and if not of Language too, and in said Substance that is, and in now claiming that, talk of Turkey, and of Kenya, or East Africa too, can too be said even, to refer, and to talk and of the Primordial, and of the Pre-Historic too, and as said too respectively that is, and from a said even here, Cultural stance too that is.
