Mr. Ambassador, in the said light, and of the said current Administration in Kenya, Government, I would in all very well like to Welcome you to Kenya, and with a slight bow to you, might I very well be allowed to say, 'Eoseo oseyo!, Welcome'. That Mr. Ambassador, your said presence in Kenya, might very well be said now to speak, and of what Impediment, or Hampering, are in all even said to be, and as said now to refer, and to what too does in all even keep Kenya, and if not East Africa too, and from in all, attaining, a said even sizable Economy, and if not of a said admirable or reputable GDP Index that is. That this said address to you Mr. Ambassador, will in all even, be said grounded, and in speak and of Impediment, and if not of Hampering, and of what too, is believed said to speak and of Politics, and in the World we do live in today, and of Africa, and as said even having to it, its Politics, said even primarily defined, and by talk and of Diatribe, Patronage, Ethnicism, Exploitation etc.
That we do live in a World today Mr. Ambassador, said even gone Global, and if not International too, and in standards that is, but with it all even Mr. Ambassador, believed said having to it, its said Politics, the World that is, said even not well defined that is. That Mr. Ambassador, the Politics of the World today, could very well be said even, to point, and at what some have termed Aesthetic, and as said even to represent, Aesthetic that is, and for the said inherent, and if not intrinsic, quality or value, and of just about anything that is. That the Politics of the World today, could very well be said termed, or said too classified, or said even to refer, and to what some do in all even call, the 'Politics of Aesthetic' that is. That the said 'Politics of Aesthetic', could very well be said even, to speak, and of the said History of Italy, and as said even Christendom that is, and of the said belief here that, that the said Importance or Significance, and of just about anything referred to, can be said even, to refer, and to its said inherent, and if not intrinsic, value or worth that is. Something too, 'the Politics of Aesthetic' that is, that could be said even to lead, and to talk and of what Stratification in itself, is in all even said all about, and if not of it all even said now, to refer, and to what too, some have termed, 'the Politics of the day' that is.
That when we do talk of, or refer to, the said 'Politics of Aesthetic', or of said 'the Politics of the day', and as said even to refer, and to talk and of what Impediment, or of what is said to speak of Hampering too, we can too be said even, to speak, and of the Pacific Ocean region of Asia, and as said even termed Oceania, and if not of a said too, Imperial Japan, and of many an event, Political, and that does too speak and of WW2 that is. That the said 'Politics of the day' Mr. Ambassador, are too best said even perceived, and from talk of Politics, and as best said even not National, Local, Historical, Religious etcetc., but instead, speak truly now, and of those Politics, simply said Regional that is. That when we do refer, and to talk of, the 'Politics of Aesthetic', we can too be said even, to perceive it all, and from speak and of Italy, and of the United States of America too, and with the former, Italy, now said even, to have one perceive life, and from speak and of what Habit in itself, is in all said to be, while the latter, the United States of America, would too associate Aesthetic, and with talk too, and of Discipline in itself that is. Discipline, said too American, and that does too speak it can best be said here Mr. Ambassador, and of American perceptions of War in itself, while in said talk of Habit on the other said hand, is too said even now, to very much influence ones said beliefs, and of what Power is actually said to be, and not and of what, is too said to in all even entail that is, talk, and of what Authority in itself, is actually said even all about.
That Mr. Ambasssador, it can too be said that, the very region of East Africa, and not Kenya truly, is too said even, enmeshed, and in talk too, and of what, 'the Politics of the day', and if not of, the 'Politics of Aesthetic', are in all even said to be, but with it all now too said to refer, and to what too, Globalisation, is actually said even all about. That the said term of Globalisation, could too be said to differ, and from that said too, and to refer, and to talk and of Globalization that is, for while the latter, can be said even to refer, and to what Mechanism is said even all about, the former, is now believed to in all even refer, and to talk too, and of Politics in themselves that is. Politics too, and of Globalisation that is, and that could too be said even, to refer, and to talk and of what Preservation, is actually said even all about, and with such said even, Politics of Globalisation, said too now, to refer, and to the very manner in all, Kenya, did in all come to be, and if not of Kenya too, and as probably best said even perceived, and from talk, and of its said Educational facilities and standards too that is. That the said origins of Kenya, are now too said even to refer, and to what some have termed 'the White Highlands', and if not of Kenya, and as said even perceived, a said Settler country too that is, and of the said belief here that, what one can too term Kenyan Politics, are too said to speak, and of the said Strategic/Tactical that is, and in said regard, and to what the Politics of Globalisation, are too said even all about, and if not of Kenya and as said believed said as such that is, Strategic/Tactical, and from said too, Intelligence, and as said even emanating, and from the said world that is, and of British Intelligence too that is.
In however now Mr. Ambassador, and in the said attempt here, and in arriving and at the said grain of the matter, and as said to refer, and to talk and of what does truly impede, or even hamper, Kenya, and from its said attaining, said even astronomical Economical growth rates or records that is, and as said even GDP or GNP too, is to now talk, and of what does too pass and for talk of Oppression, or Domination too, and by the said even former Western Masters, and by many a said African scholar too that is, or speak too, and of the said Western Powers, and of the said even Exploitation and of Africans, and if not of the said Third World too. In now too claiming it all, a said even complicated Political issue that is, and that does too entail talk, and of what the 'Politics of Aesthetic', and if not of the said, 'Politics of the day', are in all even said about, and as said even here to refer, and to what too is said to speak and of corruption, bribery, graft etc., and in Africa, and if not Kenya too, is to now claim it all, a said History, said Western too, said even emanating, and from talk and of the said Haitian Revolution, and from the said even perspectives too that is, and of authors, and such as David Patrick Geggus, and if not of the name of Laurent Dubois too. A said History, and that does too link, the Haitian Revolution, and with the very name of Simon Bolivar, and in Venezuela too, and which too can be said even to speak, and of the said sowing of the seeds, and that could be said acquainted, and with talk, and of what does too speak of racism, and in the said Western World today too that is. A said even here, complicated History and in the said regard, to the said attempt in all, and in explaining life in the World today, for it too can be said that, the said English-speaking World, is now too said even to spearhead, what some have termed, the Industrial Revolution that is, and as said too a Political existence, and that does too, not truly accommodate talk and of the said 'Politics of Aesthetic' that is, but instead, talk now, and of what thrift is actually said to be, and if not of American History, post Civil War too, having to it, many a said name, said Scientist too, and if not Authority, and that can too be said even African-American that is.
In having said the above, is to now attempt, to in all even paint, a said clear Picture, and of the very best of manners in all, to perceive, said even Minority Identity, and in the Western World too, and if not that said to speak specifically too, Minority Identity that is, and of Colour that is, and from said talk, and of what too does pass for Esteem, and amongst those said of Colour, and in the Western World too that is. That such said discernment, can too help now, and in truly understanding what does impede, or hamper, growth, and in Kenya today, and if not East Africa too, and in now too claiming that, not all said Africans, do in all even identify and with talk of said 'People of Colour', and in the Western World too, and with the said exceptions here, and of South Africa, and if not of Nigeria too. That Mr. Ambassador, it is the very said belief, that both said Countries, and of Nigeria, and South Africa too, are too believed said even, said African Powerhouses that is, when in said reality, it is believed, they are both said Countries, said torn apart, and by talk of strife, and if not stratification too, and such that, Nigeria's place and in the said social hierarchy, and that does too speak and of the Western World that is, can too be said even equated, and to talk and of the Caribbean, while that of South Africa, and of its said place in the said Western Worlds social hierarchy, now does too associate it all, and with talk of Language, and if not of British Imperialism, and into India too that is.
That it can be said Mr. Ambassador, Africans, and as said even Esteemable, and in the said Western World too, now does associate them, and with talk and of what Personage is actually said to be, and in Canada too, while in talk of the United States of America, talk now and of Constitution, and if not of what is said to refer, and to speak and of a said National Identity that is, but in speak of Europe, Africans now said even to find, a said esteemable position, and in talk too and of Media, and as said too European that is. However, it can best be said that, the Western World, is too believed said very much Religious in its ways, and such that, all those said even 'People of Colour', or said even defined and by talk of Colour, can now too be said even classified that is, and in talk of Religion, and that does too now refer, and to talk of Religion, and in South America too, and if not of the said Islands too, and of Trinidad & Tobago that is, and as said even now, more or less said even, South American too that is.
In having said the above Mr. Ambassador, is to now revert, and to talk, and of impediment, and of what is said to hamper too, and in now attempting to view it all, and from talk and of the very regions, and of the Persian Gulf, and of the Japans too, and as said even now defining themselves, and in talk of the 'Politics of Aesthetic', and if not of the said, 'Politics of the day' that is. That Japan, and in Ambition, is still believed very much said even defined, and by talk of Aesthetic, while talk and of the Persian Gulf and as such, from talk of Aesthetic, and if not of the said 'Politics of the day', it all does too now, equate it all that is, and to speak too, and of the Gulf Wars for instance. That it all too, does now talk of Kenya, or of East Africa too, and as said perceived, and from talk and of what is said to refer, and to talk too of Beauty, Excellence, Ethics, and if not of Character Development too, and as said even to refer, and to the very manner in all, Japanese Industry, is believed said to arise, and if not of the said popularization too, and in the Western World, and of a said Japanese classic, and such as 'The Book of Five Rings' that is.
In now simply attempting, to in all even speak, and of the said role, South Korea, can in all even play, and in helping Kenya Develop that is Mr. Ambassador, is to now equate it all, and to talk too, and of what does pass for speak and of the African Mind, African Character, and if not of the African Persona too that is. That these three said even, approaches, could too be made, and in helping Kenya and in the very least, develop said civil society that is, and which would too refer, and to talk and of what Essence, Substance, and if not of Conscience too, are in all even said to be. Essence, and as said even now, to speak and of the said Awakening to it all, Reality too, but in speak of Substance, speak now and of what is said Realization, and if not of what is said Fathomable too, but in speak of Conscience, it too said now National, and in said regard, and to the said defining and of struggle, pain, barrier, obstacle etc., and in life too. That all this just said, can too be said even, classified, and under talk, and of what Globalisation, is actually said even all about, and if not in said speak too now, and of what is said Nationality, and in Kenya too that is.
