That Mr. Ambassador, it very well too can be said here, that the said main or major, theme, and of this said formal too, address to you, will in all even deal, and with talk, and that does too refer, and to Africa, and as simply said even Doomed that is. That such talk, and of Africa and as simply said doomed, is not believed to refer, and to speak too, and of what waste, decadence or decay, or speak too and of tarnish or stigma, are in all even said to be, but in many a way, speak now and of the very belief that, that speak of Africa, does in all even refer, and to speak and of Inferiority in itself that is. That such said inferiority Mr. Ambassador, could too very well be said, to refer, and to speak too, and of what some have termed Orientalism, and of what too some have termed, Victorianism that is.

Many, have heard, and of the term of Acrimony that is. For Acrimony in all, should not be confused and for Discriminatory attitudes in all again, for Acrimony in all, is said believed to arise, and with speak too of Psychological/Cultural Barriers, while Discriminatory attitudes, do in all even speak of the very manner in all again, we do perceive Superiority-Equality-Inferiority that is.

In having said that, is to now say that, life in Kenya in all, does not appear lived out, and in speak of Psychological/Cultural Barriers in all truly, but in all again, and in speak now of Walls that is. Of Kifo.

The very word/term of Kifo, often said Swahili too, does not actually translate, and into speak of Death in itself, but could be said and to refer and to speak of Dearth in itself too that is. Mr. Ambassador, I very much would like, to in all Welcome you, and to the said Democratic Republic of Kenya, and under the said here, auspices too, and of the Kenyan Presidency that is. That Mr. Ambassador, your said presence in Kenya, might in all even be said, of some great interest, and to some, and in now simply saying that, it all does too come down, and to talk, and of what Perception, does in all even entail that is. That Perception, will be said here, the very theme, and of investigation too, for this said address to you Mr. Ambassador, for it too can now be said, to take the very form of a said essay, and one too, very much even, said to speak, and of the very likes, or of the very name, and of Oscar Wilde that is. That what too, can Perception, be said to be?
